Young & Franklin's 3010 Series EMA Gas Fuel Control Valves have been field tested over the past five years on controls upgrade projects, leading the major OEM in our industry to select Y&F's electric controls suite for their new "all-electric turbine" now on the market.

The 3010 Series is part of Y&F's complete shipset of EMA products designed to replace hydraulically actuated controls for the midsize gas turbine market. The valves are available in 1", 2" and 3" sizes. Custom profile balanced trim designs offer greater dynamic response for both industrial and aeroderivative applications. The 3010's failsafe design includes a spring to close the valve in the event of a turbine trip or signal/power loss.

There are currently six models to choose from, all with Y&F-designed balanced valves.

Included with each valve is a digital servodrive controller with Type 4 / IP65 ingress protection that offers precision closed-loop position control through a resolver or optional LVDT feedback. General specifications for the controller can be found here.
